EDUCATION: CHCC offers a variety of educational opportunities from technical to business trainings. Educational resources alone can easily pay for your membership. We recently established a CHCC discounted apprenticeship program through Penn Foster (D, S, SM & P License Categories). Learn more about this program - education@chcca.net. Other session topics we offer can include trends, best practices, new technologies, continuing education, code info, licensing, financials, tax reform, etc. If there is something you are looking for… just ask and we will work to put it together. ADVOCACY: Perhaps one of the most overlooked benefits of a trade association is the advocacy. When you become a member, you have an organization dedicated to protecting and advancing the needs of your industry, as the fortunes of your industry rise, so does your business opportunity. Having a dedicated team to lobby and advocate on your behalf is powerful. An association membership is a lot less expensive than trying to hire a lobbyist yourself. CHCC not only defends against anti business proposals but we proactively advocate for advancement of the HVAC industry, specifically merit shop contractors with our full time contracted lobbyist - Andy Markowski of Statehouse Associates.

NETWORKING: CHCC offers the chance to connect with others in your industry. You can learn from others and can even create alliances or partnerships. Dinner meetings, CHCC Connects, After Hours, social events, our HVAC Golf Classic and Trade Show (just around the corner OCTOBER 6th) all end up with contractors from around the state and a great opportunity to learn from others, ask questions, expand the reach of your business.
